It is compact enough to carry all day, but durable enough to handle maintenance and heavy-duty departments. It also will work with all of our Philco Analog radios as well as popular UHF Analog models such as Motorola, Kenwood, Hytera, and TYT.  Comparable to the popular Vertex VX-261 radio.
